Agreement:
By placing a deposit on above name puppy, you are entering an agreement between us (seller/breeder) and you (buyer) that you are committed to the purchase of this puppy. This is a nonrefundable deposit.
The purpose of placing a deposit to hold it for you and this makes the puppy unavailable to any other buyers interested. Placing a deposit implies a sale of the puppy.
Buyers are encouraged not to sign a contract or give a deposit if they are unsure if they want to purchase a puppy and are unsure if they can care for a puppy.
The puppy will leave us, free of fleas, health checked, microchipped with their first set of shots (Unless the puppy is under 2.5lbs at which point you can choose to take the puppy and vaccinate yourself or wait until he/she has reached that weight. The puppy will still come checked from the vet for health), and dewormed.
New owners are required to take the puppy to your local vet and confirm the puppy’s good health status within three days of purchase. Please have it in writing from your vet. If for some reason the vet finds the puppy unhealthy for any reason you must contact the breeder within 24 hours with a full written report. If the report is deemed to be accurate by seller’s vet, buyer will have the following options.
1. You may return the puppy for an “exchange” of another puppy that seller will “of like kind” when available. OR
2. You may refund the puppy minus the deposit and the shipping if applicable as it is nonrefundable.
If going with 1, You must return the puppy before being given a new puppy. All shipping is nonrefundable.
Buyers are required to return any puppy if stated by the vet that it is in less than optimal health. Unless disease was picked up outside of breeder or the buyer agreed to buy the dog knowing the dog had a fault of some kind.
It is understood that the estimated weight is an estimate and weight can not be guaranteed. Too many factors play into the end size of the dog.
The purchaser(s) further agrees under no circumstances will the dog be abandoned, given or sold to a shelter, pound, a pet store, laboratory or research facility of any kind, without first giving the Breeder the right to re-home (With No Fee) the dog.

It is understood that you do not have breeding rights for this puppy and therefore are not allowed to breed the dog and that you will have the dog fixed at the appropriate age. If you are found to have bred the dog by accident or intentional we reserve the right to take the dog back, including its offspring.
You acknowledge that you will have the puppy fixed by your vets recommended age. (Generally between 6-8 months)
Caring for the puppy:
All puppies must be allowed to “self” exercise outside in a fenced play area or in a designated pen / yard or walked on a leash for the proper development of the structure and the mental health development.
All puppies must be supervised during exercise and watch for: twisting and jumping movements. No jumping on or off furniture. This will null and void “guarantee” as this can cause hip dysplasia.
The buyer must be aware that these are very small animals that can easily be carried away by birds of prey and should under no circumstances be left unsupervised or too far from the owner.
The puppies should be treated for fleas, and worms. Puppies must be kept up to date on vaccinations to prevent disease. Puppies must be fed a healthy diet.
Puppies must not be taken to dog parks, out in public until all puppy stage vaccinations have been given to prevent parvo, distemper, rabies, flu and other diseases.
The buyer understands parvo, coccidia, giardia and knows what they are and how to prevent them.
PICK UP/TRANSPORT AGREEMENT
Pick up and transport fees are covered by the buyer. If the puppy is being flight nannied/driven to the buyer the fee will be discussed before hand and covered in full by the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon by the seller. This will be paid before the puppy is delivered. The puppy will be picked up by the agreed upon date with the seller or the puppy will be put back up for sale.

By signing this contract you are agreeing to read in full the health and care for the puppy on our website before pick up.
Our Guarantee:
We guarantee the genetic health of each of our puppies. If for some reason, there is an issue with your puppy see above policy on refund/return of your puppy.
END:
It is the intent of the Breeder and the Purchaser(s) that this agreement shall constitute legally binding contract, representing the entire agreement between the parties. Neither party shall have the right to modify it except by mutual agreement in writing. Cost of shipping and carrier’s are buyer’s responsibility and to be paid in advance. Other than those listed, no promises are made concerning this dog/puppy. By signing this agreement the Purchaser(s) acknowledges that he/she has read, fully understands, agrees to and has received a copy of this agreement. The contract must be signed and dated by both parties listed below or the contract/agreement will be void.
By singing this contract you are agreeing that you know what a goldendoodle is, and the amount of time and care they require. That you understand what is involved in caring for and raising a puppy. That you are agreeing to properly care for this puppy and if unable to do so will return the puppy to the breeder and no cost to the breeder.
